Apart from these standard services, the services package is also customizable to meet even the most challenging requirements.
Under these maintenance contracts, the range of service level agreement includes: 4 hrs on-site response times, unlimited technical support over the phone, repair cost, part replacement, preventive maintenance, loan unit and many more. |

Facilities management is often being engaged by our customers whereby an engineer is stationed at their premises during business hours to manage their AV & VC facility by providing user support and first level of trouble-shooting. | Our Installation services include cables laying, points, termination, equipments and fixtures installation such as making sure that equipments are racked neatly and cables are properly managed and concealed. |

| System Configuration, Integration, Testing & Commissioning |
| In order to maximize the performance of the entire solution, besides having a good system design, it is also important to configure individual equipment correctly for performance maximization, as well as seamless integration with the rest of the equipment so as to reap maximum benefits to the customers. Site Engineer will perform numerous testing till it is ready to perform user acceptance test with the customers. Upon acceptance, a commissioning certificate will be issued to mark the completion of the project. |
